Hosanna! Church

After an intense property search, Hosanna! Church of Lakeville settled on a vacant Rainbow Foods building for a second campus. Langer Construction was able to utilize many of the assets of the existing space including a small gym space for youth activities, renovate the offices, build-out a large room into a nursery, utilize the dance studio for youth programs, and remove three rooms to construct a new 600-seat open worship space.

The program has been so successful that Langer returned a second time to build-out a new commercial kitchen, expand the youth area, add counseling rooms, and build-out a portion of the free space for a tenant.
