Accurate Cost and Detailed Budget Analysis
Langer Construction's philosophy on preparing budgets for projects is to do them on an actual cost basis. With actual cost basis budgets, breakdowns are prepared for each individual section of work, and a detailed analysis (including items considered in the gray-area) is provided - allowing all involved to evaluate the budget and more accurately understand where every construction dollar is going and for what. We review all preliminary budgets with the Architect prior to reviewing them with the Owner.
Realistic Timelines
You won't be caught in a bind over-promising a project schedule to an Owner with Langer Construction. We create realistic timelines so that projects are finished within the guaranteed schedule if not before.
Exceptional Service
Our dedicated field employees have on average over a 20-year tenure with Langer Construction. The company employs crews for demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry, construction laborers and operating engineers and unlike other general contractors, it is Langer Construction's policy to have Project Superintendents present on the job site at all times. The company also has great relationships with subcontractors and as a result is better able to deliver quality projects on time.
