Grace Lutheran Church

Grace Lutheran Church had a vision to add a new education space and demolish the 1960’s era addition to the original building which was constructed for worship. Langer Construction worked through two years of estimating to bring the project within the desired budget.

Construction began on the new 20,000 square foot, two-story classroom addition, with a half basement for storage and workshop. In addition, the building has a new two-story atrium that brings all entrances together into one space. Langer also added sprinkler systems throughout the building and existing worship space. When the new addition was complete, Langer began the demolition of the original building and completed a full reconstruction of the existing parking lot.

“I have only the best to say about Langer Construction and CNH Architects. We had a great experience. It couldn’t have happened in a more efficient and collegial way. From the owners of the company all the way to the subcontractors and all its been a wonderful project. It will go down as a positive and wonderful chapter of Grace Lutheran’s life. We are delighted with the building and with the experience over the past year.”

Mr. John Matthews, Senior Pastor
