Total Tool Supply
Langer Construction was chosen to develop the vacant brown field site adjacent to Total Tool Supply existing property. Langer worked with the Saint Paul Port Authority to meet the MPCA requirements for lead and oil contamination. The project consisted of a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility with sowing, tool repair, wash stall, and large warehouse. Exterior loading docks were also constructed for the existing building and foundations and floor slab for a future warehouse.
